For our prime client in the Automotive industry we are looking for a Firmware Product Engineer Firmware product engineer is a person responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and assessing work in an Agile development process. Tasks / responsibilities Firmware product engineers have an essential role at each stage of product creation: • Stakeholder requirements collection and evaluation during project acquisition • Support for quotation and concept • Groom and prioritize backlog • Develop user story and acceptance criteria • Plans releases and upgrades • Prepare and upgrades the project handbook • Work closely with cross-functional teams, identify user needs and ensure customer expectation • Follow progress and address production issues during sprints • Evaluating the product prototype to identify potential safety and cyber security hazards • Manage the acquisition and integration of thirdy-part software • Give support for the industrialization • Be the main interface with the stakeholders for the product Requirements / Candidate’s profile Knowledge • Work experience as a product owner or similar role in product management • Familiarity with Agile • Experience managing all stages of product life cycle • Familiarity with Cyber security management system • Familiarity with standard automotive communication protocols • Familiarity with automotive communication networks 2 • Hands-on experience with Autosar BSW architecture, specification and toolchain • English Language • Familiarity with software update solution • Knowledge of standard ISO26262 “Nice to have”: • Experience on Atlassian tool chain • Experience on lauterbach’s IDE • Knowledge of ASPICE standard • C language, Polyspace, MISRA Skills • Proactive approach, flexibility and problem solving attitude. • Understanding ECU electronic schematic and PCB layouts • Logical reasoning and troubleshooting • Self-starter and work independently Ability • Inductive reasoning • Deductive reasoning • Mathematical reasoning Personality traits • Determination to achieve the...
