You will support the Site Business Partner for site related procurement activities for the assigned areas. Your activities and responsibilities Provide procurement support, focusing on operational transactional procurement activities Manage tactical procurement activities for the assigned categories/spend areas with the support of the line manager Ensure requirements are processed complying with global policies Provide Supplier Enablement Services such as Preferred Vendors Admin Supplier Training and Operational Supplier Management Provides Stakeholder &, Key User Services mainly for site specific topics, End User Training &, Support, System Testings, aligned with the Global Procurement Center Register prices for production materials in Sinity and include them in the Info Record and Book in SAP Execute price inspections and follow ups Build and maintain close relationship with the respective stakeholders and Global Sourcing Teams Ensure close relation and interaction with Global Procurement Execute Purchase To Pay P2P assigned activities such as Quality-check on PR , Purchase Order Generation, Purchase Order Monitoring , Tracking of Goods &, Services assuring on time processing and accurate information for in general production related materials f required supports &, participates in the Vendor Creation &, Maintenance Process Supports operational elements of SRM process, e.g., supplier evaluation Support the Third-party due diligence process in close collaboration with our stakeholders and the Global Compliance Team Implement new tools and systems Suppo...
