We are currently looking for a local Expert Advisor for the Italian Market specializing in Indonesia, based in Bali. Reporting to the General Manager, the local Expert Advisor studies, designs, and creates package tours for individuals or groups. They primarily market Altaï Indonesia's trips, tailored to the client's preferences. Position Available: Travel Expert / Advisor in Bali – Italian Market Main Responsibilities:: ? Provide advice and sell customized or group trips throughout Indonesia for the Italien and English Market. - Contact clients through phone and email - Identify travelers' needs. - Create tailor-made itineraries. - Monitor client files and ensure customer satisfaction. - Be accountable for meeting profit and revenue objective - Participate in on-call phone duty. - Perform additional tasks based on qualifications. Profile: - Fluent in French and bilingual in English - Based in Bali or able to relocate there. - Knowledge of Indonesia through living or traveling. - Experience in sales and customer support . - Organized and self-reliant. - Enjoy communicating . - Proficient in computer tools. - Engage in outdoor activities. - All interesting profiles are welcome.
