TALENT Tree, licensed firm specialized in the recruitment and selection of personnel, is looking for a qualified profile to join a prestigious international law firm as a:  Accountant The candidate, will assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Finance department and will be responsible for:  Assist with month-end close in line with monthly timetable; Preparation and maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations including supporting schedules, particularly focussed on fixed assets, payroll and leave provisions; VAT, Intrastat and WHT Preparation, Submission and Reconciliation; Posting fixed asset additions, disposals, depreciation and WIP transfers; Ad hoc journals required by the finance manager, business managers and treasury team; Assistance with preparation of financial statements; Liaise with the third-party consultant for corporate tax preparation Ad hoc finance tasks as required from time to time Bank reconciliations and investigation of outstanding reconciling items; Working closely with accounts receivable and accounts payable support teams; Assist with annual budget preparation; Assist with year-end closing process and audit.   To be successful in this role the candidate will need:  Education: educated to graduate level, preferably Accounting, Finance or related degree; Work experience: previous experience of 3 - 5 years in an international organization ; Computer skills: excellent knowledge of Excel; Languages: high command of English language due to international exposure.    Additional skills and competencies:  Able to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner, both written and verbal, across all levels of a global organisation; Able to operate autonomously, exercising judgment at an appropriate level with a consultative approach; Analytical and highly numerate, with excellent attention to detail; Flexible, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities; A team player with a willing "can-do"...
