The HR & Operations Manager is expected to:- Dealing with all HR matters, e.g. employee contracts and registration, coordination of the payroll processes, pension fund, meal vouchers, etc. Coordination with head office w.r.t. training. Coordination with Head Office cfr. HR reporting asrequired; - Be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of all tax related statements / payments to the Tax Agency; - Perform the recurring reconciliations and transaction controls;- Liaise with external auditors and local authorities on all findings and questions regarding the Italy branch; - Take the responsibility for the correct storage and availability of any documents, data and information relevant in the HR/financing topics;- Liaise with service providers and suppliers of the branch;- Promote the branch on social media , represent the branch at external events, and internal event management. You will play a key role as HR partner to the Italian management team |You will work both at local level and closely with the HQ HR teamThe ideal candidate has:- Prior experience in banking industry-at least 5 years in the same or similar role;- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations Italian and UE;- Strong analytical skills-attitude for numbers with an eye for details, ability to deal with large data sets;- Proficient use of the various Microsoft Office applications;- Good interpersonal and communication skills;- Good team player;- Ability to clearly-communicate in English, both written and oral Our Client is the Italian branch of a multinational Corporate Banking Services Company.
