Reporting to the CEO in Italy, and coordinating with the Group HRD abroad, the HR Manager will be a Team Player, close to the business, and will use to work with Operational Departments.He/she will deal with Unions and Cooperatives, will manage employees relations, will coordinate external payroll process, and will guarantee the management with the implementation of all HR processes needed to support the Country in its growth and development plans.He/She will develop CSR project in Italy.He/She will be in charge of H&S Multinational Company|Great and fast growth plans in ItalyThe successful candidate gained at least 10 years experience in the HR department of multinational company, and at least 3 -5 years as responsible in the HR Function.Experience working with Cooperative is a plusVery good knowledge of Italian Labor Law is a mustProblem solver, aim to find the solution for the problemsThis is a managerial position at the beginning, the candidate has the chance to grow with the Company and to cover early the Italy HRD position. Our Client is a well known international Company that recently settled up operations in Italy with the goal to support their major customers in their development throughout Europe.At global level the Company exists in more than 20 countries.The new site in Italy will be able to work with quite 100 different locations in the Northern part of the Country.
